General anticorrosive primer applications
Surface Preparation: The substrate must be solid, clean, and dry. The surface should be completely free from oil, grease, rust, and similar contaminants.
For carbon steel, abrasive blasting to a minimum of Sa 2½ (ISO 8501) is required. Recommended surface profile: minimum 50 µm.
Packaging: Total 22 kg package: 20 kg Part A + 2 kg Part B.
Application Method: Two-component product. Can be applied by airless spray, conventional spray, brush, or roller.
Airless tip size: 11–17 range. Output pressure: 850–1420 psi.
