Primer for concrete surfaces
Surface Preparation: The substrate must be solid, clean, and dry. The surface should be completely free from oil, grease, rust, and similar contaminants.
For carbon steel surfaces, abrasive blasting should be carried out to a minimum of Sa 2½ according to ISO 8501 standards. The recommended surface profile is a minimum of 50 µm.
Packaging: Total 22 kg package: 20 kg Part A + 2 kg Part B.
Application Method: The product is two-component. It can be applied by airless spray, conventional spray, brush, or roller.
Airless tip size: 11–17 range. Output pressure: 850–1420 psi.
